I’ve managed to avoid trying this citing self preservation – once I make it I’ll be making it again. You have succeeded in removing the barriers and I will try it. I have an excellent dolce de leche bar recipe to use it in as I definitely won’t ruin good dulce de leche with a banana, although toasted coconut with lemon could work for me.

I made this over the weekend, using my own recipe, it was AMAZING! Its all gone, using condensed milk is a great idea, its super easy and gets the right caramel flavour
